Due to the unique nature of our non-profit railroad operations, there are no refunds or exchanges on the North Pole Flyer. This ride is 2 hours round trip with no layover. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making this train ride enjoyable for everyone.Īll cars are pulled by a diesel locomotive and depart from our Bertram Depot in Bertram, Texas. If you do choose such seats, we may need to reassign your seats to ensure that you are seated next to each other. To ensure this, we kindly request that groups of two avoid choosing seats that are facing each other. *We wish to provide each passenger with the best possible experience during their excursion. Gold departures get on-board caroling and balloon twisters and are $10 more per ticket. Our professional Santa will spend time in each car to “check your list twice” and pose for photographs before handing out a gift to each child to remember this special ride. Departing from our historic 1912 Bertram Depot, the 2023 trip brings back some of your favorite activities and entertainers!
